FSI Consulting is led by Eugen Haslinger and built on 29 years of professional experience — 26 of them as an independent consultant.

That experience began in investment banking and treasury projects spanning trading, market connectivity, settlement and clearing, and later expanded into enterprise data, risk, finance and regulatory reporting as well as digital insurance distribution.

The distinctive strength is implementation: translating business needs into specifications, aligning stakeholders and vendors, supporting development and testing, and staying involved through go-live and stabilisation.

The boutique model is deliberate. Clients work directly with senior expertise — without layers between the decision, the detail and the delivery.
